Method of use:
1. Attach the main unit to the belt
2. Then wrap the belt around your waist.
3. Switch on: Press and hold the “+” button for 2 seconds to switch on, the blue light will be on. The default intensity is level 0. Then press the “+” button to increase the intensity, the blue light flashes when working.
4. Press the “-” button to decrease the intensity.
